Our faux nails and polishes should be stored in a well-ventilated place, away from all sources of light. Keep at temperatures between 5 - 25 °C or 40 - 80 °F. Keep faux nails away from open flames. During pregnancy, it is recommended that polish and nail care products are applied in a well-ventilated area.

Our hand-designed and made-to-order nails are typically designed and shipped within 10 business days of purchase. However, our nails are completed on a first come, first serve basis and may take longer. If there are unexpected delays, we will communicate with you via email. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing and shipping. Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided. Custom orders CANNOT be returned under any circumstances. If you are not pleased with your order, please notify us of your concerns at admin@bornnoir.com for possible store credit.
